One of its claims to fame is the open seating restaurants. One of the workshops that it touts is the Le Cordon of Paris Class Culinaire on some voyages.

There were wide ranges of kids’ favorite dishes. They also served season foods with freshest ingredients. I tasted kosher meal which was served only on the special request of people. What a friendly staffs! They were very helpful and assistive.
