Wind Spirit joined the Windstar fleet in year 1988. It is identical to its sister ship which is known as a Wind Star however Wind Spirit is considered to be more friendly and comfortable. The ship consists of Deck 1 and Deck 2 which are comprised of staterooms. In Deck 1, beauty salon is found where the facilities related to beauty are offered such as facials, manicures, hair styling, pedicures and massages. In Deck 2 a small and well-equipped gym is located along with water sports platform.
Wind Spirit
Wind Spirit offers the highest levels of food and services which are incomparable to any other similar ships. This ship offers the great time for romancing and enjoying with partners and the memorable moments on various private places offered in Wind spirit. The most important and appreciated feature of Wind spirit is its comfort which ties the interior together. There are large windows in the lounge and you are able to enjoy the natural light during the day time. You will also find a tiny casino located at the corner. Wind spirit has smaller public spaces with the touch of polished wood, nautical artwork and columns wrapped in rope.
The ship also has library where you will find number of books, movies and music of your choice and you can get them to play in your cabin as well. The accommodations for passengers are found in the two-third of the ship along with dining and entertainment sections are located on the top of two decks.
Entertainment onboard starts in the evening and before the cocktails and appetizers in the lounge. The musical and vocal entertainments are provided by the musical bands as hired by the cruise company to entertain people. Wind spirit also offers a small dance floor so that couples are able to dance to the tunes of the signers.

The guests have their freedom to dine as late as 10 pm or as early as 5 30 pm, which is unique to Norwegian Sun. With two main dining rooms, Seven seas and four seasons, with little variations in meals, the attention of the staff is very receptive, as always.
There is a great outdoor cafe to serve fast foods and snacks. The French inspired dining, Le Bistro, has mouth watering delicacies, with cozy booths and worth every dollar spent. Norwegian Sun is the first ship of NCL, specifically built for freestyle cruising.
There is a dazzling casino, internet cafe with 24 computer stations. On the main pool deck there are two pools and four hot tubs. The dress code in Norwegian Sun is casual but shorts, bathing suits and flip flops are not allowed in the restaurants in the evenings.

All the suites and penthouse suites have floor- to- ceiling glass doors with a private balcony. The public rooms are clean and well maintained; stewards are attentive and are the perfect place to enjoy for all age group of passengers.
