The Celebrity Mercury is a well-maintained and clean cruise ship. It is tastefully decorated. It is fully refurbished to give it a better ambience.

The ship’s stateroom has a beautiful ocean view. The air-conditioner functions well. The room has its own telephone, interactive TV, mini-bar and safe. It has lots of drawer and closet space for all belongings. The bed and mattress are quite comfortable. You will really have a good night’s rest. The room has a small sitting area where one can relax and unwind. The bathroom is functional. It has a nice shower. A hairdryer and some toiletries are provided. The room attendant is nice and friendly. He sees to it that all the needs of the guests are provided for. Replenishment of ice and water is without fail.

Celebrity Mercury Food is Perfect

The Mercury’s Manhattan Restaurant has an elegant feel to it. If you are into white-glove service and the menu prepared by the master chef then, this is the place for you. For a casual dining and a great view, you can eat at the Palm Springs Café. It is a buffet-style eatery. A wide-range of dishes are prepared and served here. You should try the mouth-watering homemade pancakes at the Palm Springs Grill. Pancake with fresh blueberries, banana and strawberry is highly recommended. Great-tasting burgers, chili dogs, beef brochette and hotdogs are at the La Playa Grill. They also serve cookies, apple pie and cheesecake for dessert.

Celebrity Mercury Theater, Great Entertainment

The Celebrity Theater provides entertainment for the ship’s guests. Guests are treated to enjoyable shows there. The onboard naturalist gave an engaging wildlife presentation. The comedian was amusing. Watching blockbuster movies at the theater’s big screen was a pleasure. The pianist at the Cova Café and Michael’s Club did a good show. Listening to live music by the Pavilion Night Club’s band was really enjoyable. The Navigator Club offers good fun with its dance parties. The cha-cha and salsa lessons were also a delight. The Mercury’s guests never got bored throughout the duration of the cruise. Taking another cruise in this ship is something to look forward to.

BRILLIANCE OF THE SEAS FOR CHILDREN

Brilliance of the Seas is designed keeping children in mind. There is no dearth of activities that keeps children busy and entertained on the board. In the adventure ocean program, kids are divided in 5 categories according to their age. The children from 3 to 11 years are entertained in a room and teens play in the different hall. Brilliance of the Seas offer superlative facilities for these children that include video play stations, computer lab and the Adventure beach with a pool and water slide. A lot of feature programs offering games, art and craft, science fun and rock climbing are organized specially for the kids.

Explorer of the seas has made considerable improvements in the number of activities for children. Adventure theatre is one of the new programs introduced for the kids where the kids can learn a lot about the performing arts. They can learn the basics of acting, dancing and vocalization. Also there are newer activities introduced for the kids between the age group of three to five years in partnership with fisher price. Recently, the youth loyalty program has also been introduced for the kids sailing on the cruise. Parents can get their child enrolled at the time of making bookings.

In partnership with fisher price, there are programs for the infants and kids up to 3 years of age that are offering 45 minutes playgroups for the kids wherein they are accompanied by an adult. There are also facilities for the private baby sitting for the children above the age of one year.

INDEPENDENCE OF THE SEAS CRUISE ENTERTAINMENT

Incomparable entertainment facilities! This is my second time with Independence of the Seas cruise ship. What a fantabulous entertainment modes and facilities! The Royal promenade, Plaza Bar, Connoisseur Club, Karaoke Club, ‘Under The Big Top’ Theater & Cast, Broadcast Room etc featured appreciative entertainment facilities. I am an avid drinker of tasty wines. I really enjoyed the moments in Vintage Wine Bar.

There was great collection of world famous yummy wines. The Karaoke Club and the ‘Under The Big Top’ Theater & Cast were tremendously entertained guests. I danced out with the people of Theater. Restaurant people strived much to lend their visitors an ever remembering entertainment mode and cruise. Days were gone speedy as I was fully engaged in their entertainment modes. Thanks!

If you’re looking to book your next cruise soon, please consider Royal Caribbean’s Explorer of the Seas. The 3,114 guest Explorer of the Seas offers enhanced staterooms, as well as a shopping/entertainment/dining promenade. The dining hall has healthy options as well as vegetarian dishes, both American and Indian. Breakfast and lunch is open seating, but it will be hard to get a table for two. The salad bar is staffed by chefs, who puts the salads together according to your wishes. Other dining options include Brasserie 30, where you can choose two menu items and be done in less than thirty minutes. There’s also Johnny Rocket’s, a 50s style fast food place where one can get burgers, hot dogs, fries and other fast food fare.

To those curious about the rooms, all of Explorer of the Seas’ rooms are comfortable and roomy. The Standard cabins have two twin beds that can be converted to one queen bed, a mini-fridge, a television, desk and safe. The Junior Suites have a bathroom with tub and a bigger living room. The Royal Family Suites has two bedrooms, plus a sitting room. The second bedroom has two Pullmans that can be pulled from the ceiling. The Grand Suites are a larger Junior Suite. The Owner’s Suite contains a bathroom replete with whirlpool, a bidet and a separate shower, plus separate living rooms. The Royal Suites include everything mentioned, plus a baby grand piano.
For your entertainment, there are dance lessons, horse races, seminars on such topics as healthy cooking and gemstones, and arts and crafts workshops. In addition, there’s almost always a performance on the Promenade. At night, one can sample from an array of entertainment options. In the Palace, one can see Broadway style song and dance shows.

The Casino Royal, the ship’s casino, has three hundred slots, ten blackjack tables, three Caribbean stud tables, three roulette wheels and a craps table. Convenient and stylish pools featuring modern amenities and facilities! Pools of Independence of the Seas were elegant and chic for me. I enjoyed great swimming experience in their sophisticated pools. It was filled with sterilized water and was freshened in every hour. Pools were fenced with breathtaking ship view. Steps in to the pool were made using stainless steel and so no slipping, sluing in the steps.

What a beautiful and pretty pools! I really enjoyed that stunning experience. Stylistically designed pools fused the magnificent beauty and contemporary amenities. In night view, the pools looked more beautiful with the stunning surroundings. The moon swamped its pretty rays on the pools and gave an elegant beauty to them. Congrats for ship people for designing such marvelous pools! I will keep referring Independence of the Seas with people who are planning a ship cruise to experience some unforgettable and inexperienced moments.
