SeaDream II Review
SeaDream II is a vessel that offers a yachting not a cruising experience, this has been SeaDream’s trade mark ever since the company was established in 2001. SeaDream vessels call on snug ports and harbors and go to places that bigger vessels cannot go. Sea Dream II appears like a small ship but is actually a large yacht that offers its guests that privileged feeling of being a wealthy yachter rather than a commercial cruise ship passenger.
The SeaDream II is a super yacht with 56 cabins and a crew of 95 for its 112 guests that are given that experience of being in an elegant private yacht. Almost everything is free on board the Sea Dream II, from the epicurean fares, wonderful cocktails, and champagne to water sports. Guests are not expected to dress formally for dinner or hand-out a tip and there are no fixed time and schedules to follow.
What really set Sea Dream II apart is the quality of service guests enjoy on board this beautiful mega yacht. The crew is committed, upbeat, and empowered. They anticipate every guest’s needs and wants that you don’t even have to order an ice-cold beer after a hot day ashore, they have it ready as you climb –up the gangway.
Activities on board the SeaDream II center on the port-of-call. Kayaks, water skis, snorkeling gears, sail boats, wave runners and other water sports equipment; so with mountain bikes complete with helmets delivered directly on the docks, are all made available at no charge for the fun and enjoyment of the guests.
Dining onboard SeaDream II is an unparalleled experience as well. For the early birds, Danish and coffee are available at the Top of the Yacht Bar at 7:00 a.m. At 8:00 a.m. full breakfast is served at the Topside Restaurant where a buffet spread of pastries and fruits is laid and menu items are prepared and cooked fresh as ordered. Lunch is also served on the outdoor Topside Restaurant with a daily change of menu plus a salad buffet with some specialty items to tempt the most delicate of taste buds.
