Celebrity Century is a dramatic cruise ship owned by Celebrity Cruises. It underwent a massive refurbishing that cost Celebrity Cruises a cool $55 million that resulted in the addition of the well-liked features of the Millennium – class cruise ships. Some of these additions include 314 new verandas, 14 new suites, 10 new staterooms and a new specialty restaurant called Murano. Other new amenities on board the Celebrity Century include Cova Café, The martini Bar, a champagne bar, a business center and the “Acupuncture at Sea”.
Other changes brought about by the refurbishment of Celebrity Century are the expansion of the Spa to include a Spa Café that offers healthy cuisine for breakfast lunch and dinner. The Lido deck also received a massive transformation. It now is the venue of the Casual Dining Boulevard, a collection of food stations that include the Pasta and Pizza Bar, Sushi Café, and an ice cream parlor. Even the children’s facilities were expanded and Century’s spectacular two-level Grand Restaurant has been totally redecorated. It now has a graceful staircase at one end and at another end a two-deck high glass windows that provides a sweeping view of the sea.

Celebrity Century’s pride is an Ice Bar at the Martini Bar. Other bars and lounges such as The Crystal Lounge, Rendezvous Lounge, Michael’s Club jazz piano bar, and the Hemispheres Observation Lounge and Disco were all completely renovated. Even teen guests already have their very own lounge, X – Treme video arcade and teen lounge that encompasses a dance floor, juice bar, video arcade, jukebox and karaoke. While guests who enjoy gaming will surely have an exciting time in Century’s large casino with a complete selection of gaming tables and slot machines. A movie theater shows almost all first- run feature films and is a venue for enhancement sessions and computer classes.

It is 122,000 tons and is 1041 feet in length. This cruise ship sails to the Caribbean and Europe.

It also has 10 varied dining places. The staterooms include the Penthouse Suite which is 1,291 square feet. It has floor to ceiling glass door and a baby grand piano included in the décor. It also includes a 52 inch LCD TV.

This cabin allows access to the AquaSpa amenities such as being on Deck 11 which is close to the AquaSpa. A reservation in one of these cabins allows priority seating in Blu a special restaurant for the Aqua class.
