Ms AmaLotus in the newest ship of AmaWaterways . This luxury boutique ship will sail the Mekong River. Together with La Marguerite, she will establish an entirely new norm in river cruising. It has 62 elegantly decked out suites and staterooms highlighted with traditional Colonial touches and regional Khmer artifacts. All 62 staterooms for 124 passengers are outside accommodations over 90% of which feature twin balconies where guests can view the floating markets and villages drift by. An assortment of public areas provides the greatest comfort and leisure options. Every facet of the MS AmaLotus is a factor in discovering the highlights, inlets and the isolated beauty of the Mekong Delta.
The Sun Deck of the MS AmaLotus contains a wellness area where guests can unwind and chill out in an extravagant atmosphere with an outdoor whirlpool, spa and fitness from. A swimming pool is also located on the Sun Deck where a guest can cool off with an energizing swim complete with a cold refreshing drink from the bar after a day of fun and discovery.
Dining on board the MS AmaLotus is a true delight with gastronomic pleasures are offered by attentive crew and prepared by experienced culinary staff. The day at MS AmaLotus starts at the Purser where guests can enjoy a lavish buffet breakfast of fresh fruits, an assortment of pastries, cereals, yogurts and daily local specialties although a wide variety of traditional breakfast items is also made available from the menu. Lunch is another delicious and fantastic buffet of delicious soups, the freshest salad and a wide range of Asian and Western dishes topped with superlative desserts and exotic tropical fruits.

MS Amabella is the first APT river cruise ship built along the Concerto Class River Ships. This ship presents the best in luxurious design and offers facilities, amenities and features never been experienced before in the European river cruising scene. In fact the popularity of MS Amabella to the cruising public has reached such proportion that it even got the Best River Cruise Ship Award in the Australian Cruise Passenger Readers Choice Awards for December 2010.

The 110 meters long MS Amabella accommodates 162 guests in its 75 state-of-the-art and luxurious cabins with a 43-man crew in cruising along the rivers of Germany, Austria, Hungary, Holland, Switzerland and Slovakia. It will be promoted exclusively for the Australian market. MS Amabella most distinctive feature is the innovative Twin Balcony cabin or stateroom model found in most of its staterooms. A Twin Balcony model is actually made up of a French balcony that allows an unhampered vista of the passing scenery plus the bonus of fresh air; and another outdoor balcony that ensures an exclusive, outdoor river cruise pleasure.
Other outstanding amenities on board MS Amabella are, a Fitness Center and Sauna; an expansive Main Lounge; a tranquil and serene fireside library; a Beauty Salon; a 24-hour tea and coffee station and several outdoor decks that offer the ultimate in leisure and entertainment. The Front Deck and Lower Sun Decks are reserved for guests whose pleasure is to delight in the passing river side panorama, while the other decks offer facilities for the more active guests. There is a heated swimming pool, a giant chess board, a putting green and a walking track.

The Verde, its main dining area, is a fine – dining restaurant that offers a great gastronomic experience; Bella Cucina offers the most delectable Italian cuisine for dinner; and the exclusive Erlebnis Chef’s Table provides guests the experience of watching the chef prepare specialty dishes. For casual dining, guests can enjoy a light lunch at the Main Lounge. Room service is also available for breakfast and dinner in some select suites.
