MS AmaLotus Review
Ms AmaLotus in the newest ship of AmaWaterways . This luxury boutique ship will sail the Mekong River. Together with La Marguerite, she will establish an entirely new norm in river cruising. It has 62 elegantly decked out suites and staterooms highlighted with traditional Colonial touches and regional Khmer artifacts. All 62 staterooms for 124 passengers are outside accommodations over 90% of which feature twin balconies where guests can view the floating markets and villages drift by. MS Amabella Ship Review 2011
MS Amabella is the first APT river cruise ship built along the Concerto Class River Ships. This ship presents the best in luxurious design and offers facilities, amenities and features never been experienced before in the European river cruising scene. The 110 meters long MS Amabella accommodates 162 guests in its 75 state-of-the-art and luxurious cabins with a 43-man crew in cruising along the rivers of Germany, Austria, Hungary, Holland, Switzerland and Slovakia. It will be promoted exclusively for the Australian market. MS Amabella most distinctive feature is the innovative Twin Balcony cabin or stateroom model found in most of its staterooms. A Twin Balcony model is actually made up of a French balcony that allows an unhampered vista of the passing scenery plus the bonus of fresh air; and another outdoor balcony that ensures an exclusive, outdoor river cruise pleasure.
Other outstanding amenities on board MS Amabella are, a Fitness Center and Sauna; an expansive Main Lounge; a tranquil and serene fireside library; a Beauty Salon; a 24-hour tea and coffee station and several outdoor decks that offer the ultimate in leisure and entertainment. The Front Deck and Lower Sun Decks are reserved for guests whose pleasure is to delight in the passing river side panorama, while the other decks offer facilities for the more active guests. There is a heated swimming pool, a giant chess board, a putting green and a walking track.
