Sapphire Princess is considered as the twin of her sister Diamond Princess, as both have many things in common, the most obvious being the largest of Princess Cruise. Built in Japan and introduced in 2004, Sapphire Princess has to its credit many new features on board.

Club fusion, a secondary launch, which has in table gaming and many flat screen TV’s, attract young passengers. It was the first to be introduced in grand- class style of vessels. There is an internet cafe that is filled with light and bright always.

There are four restaurants, each one having a theme of its own. Santa Fe, Vivaldi, Pacific moon and Savoy are the four restaurants with slight differences. Suited in a little remote place is the Wake View Bar and is accessible only through circular stair case, descending from Club Fusion.

The Lotus Spa which is characteristic of Princess Cruise has modern locker rooms and offers spa treatments using Japanese screens. The “anytime” dining option allows passengers to have full freedom in their dining style, served in Vivaldi, pacific moon that offers Asian menu and Savoy which is a steak house.

The grant piazza atrium is the pinnacle of Sapphire Princess and is a central area which is warm and perfect for souvenir shopping or looking at the latest work of arts. Sapphire Princess has the largest, most appealing internet café, consisting of 29 computer stations. Of course, there is a cost of about 75 cents a minute and there are packages that lower the cost.
